Sometimes synchronizing with a PDA incorrectly will inadvertently cause duplicate journal entries (especially if you’re a Palm user!). You can easily take care of these with the Duplicate Journal Eliminator. You can use it to quickly and easily remove them or move them to another folder for safekeeping.
