ReplyMate closely integrates with Outlook by adding ‘Reply’, ‘Forward’ and ‘New’ buttons to the Outlook toolbar. After clicking on one of the buttons, ReplyMate not only pastes the selected template text, but also creates the relevant reply, forward or new mail message. If you select an Outlook contact and click on the ReplyMate ‘New’ button, the new mail message will include your selected text as well as the contact’s name and email address.
