OutBack is a PC program that allows people to find each other quickly and easily, and gives your company the ability to provide good telephone service in 30 seconds – or less.
OutBack combines the classical “in/out board” with a calendar view, employee information center and a messaging system.
But that’s just the start. OutBack can be integrated with your telephone switchboard, becoming the ultimate tool for your telephone receptionist – and empowering everyone in your company to be a telephone receptionist! OutBack can also integrate with mobile telephones via an SMS gateway, and the OutBack status screen can be broadcast as a web page on your intranet or on the Internet.
