SendAccount

Many of us have to juggle several personal and business e-mail accounts. It’s the reality of today’s e-mail culture.

But this can present big problems for Outlook users. Why? Because out of the box, Outlook only has one default “sender” account — an account it automatically uses regardless of whom you’re e-mailing. If you want to use a non-default account, you have to remember to change it every time you send an e-mail.

That’s easy to do — but even easier to forget.

And sending an e-mail using an account your recipient doesn’t recognize can be embarrassing.

Worse yet, it can lead to other problems. For instance, recipients not opening your e-mails (because they may not recognize the sender’s name). Or your e-mails getting blocked by recipients’ SPAM filters (because the filters may not recognize that address).
